Perfect Technology Center, LP (PTC) has been in the machine design business since 1969 supplying handling and processing equipment into the glass industry. (Original DBA Perfect Tinning & Chemical) Within the PTC organization exist several equipment divisions and subsidiary holdings. Our main focus is computer controlled positioning equipment for glass cutting and processing, water jet systems, and laser engraving machinery.
PTC Glass Division
This division services the flat glass, specialty, and insulated window manufacturers for commercial and residential market segments. Our full line of equipment includes glass handling and glass processing equipment. PTC is currently the leading U.S. supplier of computer controlled glass cutting lines. These systems will score glass at speeds greater than 4500 inches per minute with intergrated features such as - automatic free fall, vacuum, auto feed, and glass breakout. Other support equipment to include - seamers, insulated glass assembly equipment, hydraulic manupulators, rack storage systems, tilt and transfer glass processing tables. All engineering and software development is performed inhouse.

PTC Water Jet Division
This division manufactures high performance, all stainless steel Water Jet and Abrasive Jet cutting systems. These systems employ a linear drive technology to achieve cutting speeds of 4000 - 5000 inches per minute in pure water applications such as cutting gaskets, foam, and rubber products. These high cutting speeds result in the PTC Waterjet Cutting Machine being two to three times more productive than the competitors machine currently in the marketplace.
This division employees key personnel with 20 plus years experience in Water Jet technology. PTC is an original equipment associate of KMT Waterjet Systems..

Laser Crystal Works
This subsidiary performs Sub-Surface engraving into medians such as glass, plastics, and crystal applications based on technology licensed to LCW. Sub-surface engraving marks below the surface creating a two or three dimensional image within the median. This engraving technology is ideal for creating - text, logo, decorative designs, photographs, or 3D facial images in optical glass. The sub-surface laser engravers were designed and built by the PTC technical staff and are marketed by LCW. PTC is the only American laser manufactur of sub-surface engravers with systems in operation at Walt Disney World locations. LCW is active in the wholesale markets providing a decorative gift line and custom contract services.

Perfect Score
This subsidiary manufactures carbide cutting wheels and axles used in the glass cutting industry for scoring glass. Glass cutting applications are hand cutters and high volume cutting lines built by PTC and it’s competors. The line of products include - scoring wheels, axles, inserts, pillar posts, hand cutters and cutting fluid.

Perfect Cycle
This subsidiary manufactures recovery and reclaim equipment dedicated for the CFC refrigerant industry. Reclamation equipment accepts spent refrigerant containing - oil, moisture, acids, non-condensable gases, particulates and returns the refrigerant chemical to virgin, as new purity for resale to the public. Perfect Cycle is an EPA Certified Reclaim Center providing contract processing and brokering of phased out refrigerants difficult to obtain on the open market.
